We are looking for a creative, organized, and responsible Event Planner to plan, coordinate, and execute weddings, corporate events, and other special events. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with clients, vendors, and the internal production team to ensure every event is executed smoothly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities
Understand client requirements and prepare event plans accordingly.
Coordinate with clients from initial planning through event completion.
Conduct venue visits and assess event requirements.
Coordinate the event setup and ensure all arrangements are completed on time.
Coordinate with the production team and ensure proper communication between all departments.
Handle last-minute changes and emergencies professionally.
Maintain a high standard of client service and professionalism.

Positive knowledge of event execution and coordination.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets and other office tools.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and event days.
Ability to travel to venues and event locations when required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
