Job Title: KST Supervisor

Job Summary

The KST Supervisor is responsible for managing kitchen stewarding operations, ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and smooth functioning of kitchen support services.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise stewarding staff and daily operations.
Ensure cleanliness of kitchen areas, utensils, and equipment.
Maintain hygiene, safety, and HACCP standards.
Manage cleaning supplies and stewarding inventory.
Coordinate with kitchen teams and prepare staff schedules.
Report maintenance issues and ensure proper waste management.

Qualifications & Skills
Experience in stewarding or hospitality operations.
Knowledge of hygiene and sanitation standards.
Computer skills are mandatory.
Good leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
