Service Captain – The Burgery In

We are looking for a dynamic Service Captain to lead our front-of-house team at The Burgery In. You’ll be responsible for ensuring smooth service, training staff, and delivering the best guest experience.

Responsibilities:
Supervise and guide service staff during shifts.
Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
Handle guest concerns and resolve issues quickly.
Coordinate with the kitchen for timely and accurate service.
Assist in staff training, grooming, and scheduling.
Maintain hygiene and service standards at all times.

Requirements:
Previous experience in a supervisory/service captain role.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Passion for hospitality and guest experience.
Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
