Fixed Salary: ₹25000/Month – ₹40000/Month + Attractive Incentives + Commissions

Job Role

We are looking for energetic and target-driven Inside Sales Consultants who can guide clients regarding overseas education, immigration, PR, and visa services.

This is a consultative sales role involving counselling, lead conversion, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities
Counsel clients regarding overseas career and immigration prospects
Handle inbound and outbound sales calls
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable solutions
Convert leads into sales through effective counselling




Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients
Achieve monthly sales targets
Update customer interactions in CRM systems
Stay updated on immigration programs and visa policies

Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor’s degree mandatory
Minimum 3 years of sales experience
Experience in inside sales, immigration sales, EdTech sales, banking, insurance, or B2C sales preferred
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Comfortable with target-based sales environment
CRM knowledge preferred

Excellent English communication
Hindi/Telugu preferred
Strong persuasion and counselling abilities
Self-motivated and result-oriented mindset
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
