Project Engineer (Civil) –Job Description

B. Tech In civil engineering - Min qualification

Experience : Minimum 10 years

Solid knowledge of RCC Structural works and building interior fit out finishes.

 Supervision and coordination of structural, civil, and finishing works executed by Contractors, subcontractors, and consultants.

 Monitoring construction activities to ensure compliance with project schedules, specifications, and quality standards.

 Identifying discrepancies in construction drawings well in advance and coordinating with architects and consultants to resolve issues without impacting project progress.

 Preparation and submission of weekly and monthly construction progress reports.

 Monitoring and tracking manpower, materials, machinery utilization, and site productivity.  Verifying executed work quantities against BOQ provisions and reviewing contractors' invoices for certification.





 Ensuring that all materials delivered to the project conform to approved specifications, drawings, and material submittals.

 Conducting inspections for all construction activities from commencement through final completion and handover.

 Managing final snagging activities, testing, commissioning, and successful handover of completed works.

 Ensuring compliance with project Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) requirements through regular safety inspections and monitoring.

 Maintaining comprehensive site records, QA/QC documentation, inspection records, and project correspondence.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
