Key Responsibilities
Lead overall hospital operations and ensure operational excellence.
Drive revenue growth, occupancy, profitability, and P&L; performance.
Ensure quality, patient safety, and regulatory compliance.
Build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams.
Develop business growth initiatives and strengthen hospital performance.
Monitor KPIs and collaborate with consultants and department heads.

Eligibility
15+ years of experience in hospital operations.
Experience as a Hospital Administrator, Unit Head, Hospital Operations Head, or Hospital Head.
Solid expertise in P&L; management, business growth, and team leadership.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
MBA (Hospital Administration), MHA, or equivalent preferred.

Compensation
Fixed CTC: ₹12–18 Lakhs per annum
Performance Incentive: Up to ₹12–18 Lakhs per annum (based on AOP achievement)
