Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month, based on experience
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Weekly Holiday: Sunday

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Telemarketing Executive who can confidently communicate with customers, generate interest in our products/services, and convert leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
Follow up with leads and maintain regular customer communication.
Handle customer objections professionally and drive sales conversions.
Meet assigned sales targets and maintain proper call records.

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of telemarketing experience is mandatory.
Valuable English and Tamil communication skills – speaking, reading, and writing.
Robust convincing and negotiation abilities.
Smart, confident, and customer-focused approach.
Should have proven ability to close sales.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
