ETHNIC9 is a rapid-growing premium ethnic wear brand specializing in luxury sarees. We are looking for a confident, energetic, and customer-focused Telecaller with good English communication skills to handle customer interactions and deliver excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Communicate confidently with customers in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
Assist customers with product information, order inquiries, and support.
Follow up with potential and existing customers via phone and WhatsApp.
Resolve customer queries professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate call records and customer information.
Coordinate with the Sales and Operations teams for smooth order processing.
Achieve daily calling and follow-up targets.

Required Qualifications
12th Pass or Graduate (Preferred).
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Positive spoken English is mandatory.




Basic computer knowledge and MS Office.
Good communication, listening, and customer handling skills.
