Assist the event operations team in venue coordination, vendor follow-ups, and logistics planning.
Support preparation of event checklists, run-of-show documents, and operational timelines. 2. Vendor Coordination
Coordinate with production, fabrication, travel, and hospitality vendors for updates and requirements.
Track vendor deliverables and ensure timelines are met. 3. Logistics & Travel Support
Assist in managing speaker/guest travel, hotel bookings, and airport transfers where required. 4.



On-Ground Event Execution
Support the operations team during event setup and dismantling.
Coordinate with vendors and venue teams to ensure smooth execution. 5. Registration & Guest Management
Assist in managing attendee registrations, badge distribution, and guest handling. 6. Documentation & Reporting
Maintain event trackers, vendor lists, and operational documents.
Assist in preparing post-event reports and maintaining records. 7. Coordination with Internal Teams
Work closely with editorial, marketing, sales, and design teams to ensure smooth event delivery.
