DrinkPrime is hiring for the role of Operations Associate - Partnership!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:
In this role, you will be responsible for driving critical pivots around the overall
process of partnerships management. This role will involve:
Keeping account of leads generated from B2B Channels.
Assist customers with requests and explain the product and its perks.
Tracking and addressing the B2B customer query and trying to get it solved within
TAT.
Taking care of B2B accounts, invoices, and the billing cycle.
Coordinating with the internal and external teams and resolving the customer query.
Work with senior stakeholders
Communicate with customers if needed

Requirements:
1 year of minimum experience in high-growth operations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact
in English, Kannada, and Hindi.
Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
