Role & responsibilities
Acquire current CASA (Savings/Current Account) customers to meet branch targets.
Cross-sell banking products (FD, insurance, mutual funds, loans, cards).
Maintain and grow relationships with existing CASA customers.
Ensure high-value account acquisition and portfolio quality.
Meet daily/monthly sourcing and revenue targets.
Conduct field visits/market activities for lead generation.
Ensure proper KYC documentation and compliance in account opening.
Coordinate with branch operations for smooth account opening and servicing.
Track competitor products and market trends.
