Chef – Grahan, Kasol

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Chef to join our team at a beautiful remote property in Grahan, Kasol, Himachal Pradesh.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working independently and have experience preparing a variety of cuisines, including Indian, Continental, and Italian.

Responsibilities
Prepare high-quality Indian, Continental, and Italian dishes.
Plan daily menus and manage food preparation.
Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen.
Manage kitchen inventory and minimise food wastage.
Ensure consistent taste, presentation, and quality.
Work independently with minimal supervision.

Requirements
Previous experience as a Chef or Cook.
Good knowledge of Indian, Continental, and Italian cuisine.
Ability to work independently.




Passion for cooking and maintaining food quality.
Comfortable living and working in a remote mountain location.
