Job Description:
Project Estimation & Cost Control
Lead estimation processes for high-end interior fit-out & Turnkey interior projects.
Oversee preparation of BOQs, cost estimates, and risk mitigation strategies.
Implement cost control measures to ensure profitability.
Contracts & Claims:
Manage contractor claims, adjudication, and verification of subcontractor calculations.
Review and approve contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Supplier & Procurement Coordination:
Maintain supplier/subcontractor database and oversee material takeoffs for procurement.
Collaborate with Production and Purchasing teams for smooth project execution.
Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and manage the Estimation team to ensure high performance.
Establish and review Estimation Policies and Procedures.
Reporting & Strategic Oversight:
Provide leadership with insights on cost optimization and project risks.
Ensure systematic retention of bid documents and technical records.

Minimum Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.).

Minimum Job Experience:

Minimum of 10+ years of experience in Estimation and Quantity Management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing high-end commercial or luxury residential projects
