Job Description:
· Preservation & maintenance of all company secretarial records,
· Preparation of Minutes of Board Meetings & General Meetings, Drafting of
· Various company secretarial documents, Filing of annual returns of
· companies', Preparation of Notice, Agenda & Minutes of Board Meetings,
· To ensure all the statutory and regulatory compliances are being followed.
Additional Skills
MS Office (Excel, Word, Power-point) and Expert in French Language.
Job Location : Lagos, Nigeria
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
