Job Description

Vriddhi Landmart Limited is looking for an experienced Corporate Civil Lawyer with expertise in real estate and land-related legal matters. The ideal candidate should have a robust understanding of property laws and experience in handling legal cases related to the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities
Handle land-related legal matters, including title verification and due diligence.
Draft, review, and legal documents, agreements, deeds, and contracts.
Represent the company in legal proceedings and coordinate with external advocates when required.
Manage litigation and legal disputes related to land and real estate.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and statutory requirements.




Provide legal advice to management on corporate and real estate matters.
Liaise with government authorities, registration offices, and other regulatory bodies.

Requirements
LL.B. (LL.M. will be an added advantage).
Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience.
Proven experience in land acquisition, property documentation, real estate transactions, and litigation.
Robust knowledge of property laws, contract law, and corporate legal compliance.
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.

Salary: ₹20,000 per month
