Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
Record and maintain Inward & Outward entries accurately.
Manage raw material purchase and consumption entries in the accounting system.
Enter purchase invoices, sales invoices, expenses, and other accounting transactions.
Maintain proper records of raw material and inventory-related transactions.
Verify invoices, bills, and supporting documents before accounting entries.
Assist in maintaining ledger accounts and accounting records.
Perform regular data entry and ensure all transactions are recorded on time.
Coordinate with Stores, Purchase, Sales, and other departments for required accounting information.
Assist in reconciliation of accounts and resolving basic discrepancies.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records.
Support the senior accounts team in MIS and routine financial reporting.
Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial data.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
