Source candidates from job portals, LinkedIn, social media, campus drives, and referrals.
Draft and publish job adverts and role descriptions on job boards and company channels.
Screen resumes and applications; conduct initial telephonic rounds and shortlist candidates.
Schedule interviews and manage follow-ups with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update recruitment trackers.
Assist with offer letters, and basic onboarding tasks.
Support HR administrative duties and employee engagement activities as required.

Required qualifications & skills
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, BMS, BBA or a related field.
Robust communication skills (written and verbal) and skilled email etiquette.
Valuable organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks.
Eagerness to learn, proactive attitude, and ability to follow instructions.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
