Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and creative Pottery Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in pottery and ceramics, along with the ability to guide and inspire students of all skill levels. This role involves conducting engaging workshops, assisting customers, and maintaining a positive and creative studio workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct pottery classes and workshops for beginners and intermediate learners
Guide participants through hand-building and wheel-throwing techniques
Assist customers during studio sessions and ensure a smooth experience
Prepare and maintain clay, tools, and equipment before and after sessions
Monitor kiln operations and handle firing processes safely
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the studio space
Provide one-on-one support and creative guidance to students




Help in planning and executing creative workshops and events

Requirements:
Proven experience in pottery or ceramics
Knowledge of wheel throwing, hand-building, glazing, and firing techniques
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for teaching and creativity
Ability to handle groups and engage participants effectively
Patience and a friendly, approachable attitude
Basic knowledge of kiln operation and safety practices

Preferred Skills:
Prior teaching or workshop experience
Familiarity with different clay types and glazing styles
Creative thinking and ability to design unique workshop experiences
Basic social media knowledge is a plus

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
