Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor – Executive / Senior Executive to join our civil construction team in Bangalore. The candidate will be responsible for quantity estimation, measurement, billing, cost monitoring, and commercial coordination.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and review quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications.
Prepare BOQs, estimates, rate analysis, and cost-related documents.
Verify contractor/subcontractor measurements and bills.
Prepare and check interim payment applications.
Monitor project quantities and material consumption.
Assist in cost estimation and budget monitoring.
Coordinate with project, planning, procurement, and site teams.
Review variations, extra items, and deviations.
Maintain quantity and commercial records.
Assist with reconciliation of materials and quantities.




Support preparation of final accounts and project documentation.

Requirements
B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering or relevant qualification.
2–5 years of relevant Quantity Surveying experience in civil construction.
Knowledge of BOQ preparation, measurements, billing, estimation, and rate analysis.
Ability to read and interpret civil drawings.
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel.
Knowledge of AutoCAD and construction documentation is preferred.
Kannada language proficiency is mandatory.
Robust analytical and numerical skills.
