Role & responsibilities
Manage Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and day-to-day Finance & Accounts operations.
Process customer invoices, vendor payments, collections, and account reconciliations accurately and within timelines.
Prepare AR aging reports and proactively follow up on outstanding payments to ensure timely collections.
Coordinate with Sales, Finance, and other internal stakeholders to resolve billing, payment, and account-related queries.
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Support month-end closing activities, audits, and financial reporting.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to enhancing operational efficiency.

Education
Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting,



or a related discipline (B.Com, M.Com, BBA, MBA Finance, or equivalent).

Preferred candidate profile
Minimum 1 year of experience in Finance & Accounts (F&A;) operations.
Positive understanding of Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), account reconciliations, and basic accounting principles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working with ERP systems.
Robust analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Based in Cochin or willing to relocate.
