Production Supervisor / Printing In-charge

.Key Responsibilities
Set up and operate printing machines as per production plans and approved specifications.
Prepare inks, colours, printing cylinders, and consumables for production.
Ensure accurate colour matching and print quality according to customer-approved samples.
Monitor print registration, adhesion, surface finish, and overall product appearance during production.
Perform machine adjustments to minimize defects and material wastage.
Conduct in-process quality inspections and segregate non-conforming products.
Maintain production records, machine logs, and daily output reports.
Perform routine cleaning, lubrication, and basic preventive maintenance of printing equipment.
Coordinate with Quality, Production, and Maintenance teams to resolve process issues.
Follow SOPs, 5S, safety guidelines,



and company quality standards.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce rejection rates.

Qualifications
ITI/Diploma in Printing Technology, Mechanical, Electrical, or a related discipline.
10th/12th pass with relevant industrial experience may also be considered.

Experience
2 to 5 years of experience operating printing machines in PVC/ABS edgeband, laminates, decorative films, packaging, or plastic manufacturing.
Experience in colour matching and decorative surface printing is preferred.
