Key Responsibilities:
Design event-related creatives including event posters, invitations, backdrops, standees, event branding materials, and stage designs.
Create digital assets for social media campaigns, emailers, and website banners.
Assist in conceptualizing event themes, visual identities, and brand guidelines for projects.
Develop layouts, illustrations, and graphic elements as per event requirements.
Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and project objectives.
Work closely with the event, marketing, and production teams to understand project requirements and deliver creatives on time.
Adapt and revise existing creatives based on client feedback.
Maintain an organized library of design assets

Skills & Competencies:
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign (knowledge of Premiere Pro/After Effects is a plus).
Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and layout principles.
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines.
Creative thinking with strong attention to detail.




Positive communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field.
Fresher or up to 6 months of experience, preferably in the event management or creative industry.
A strong portfolio showcasing design skills (academics, internships, or freelance work accepted).
