The teacher creates a positive learning setting, assesses student progress, and encourages curiosity and a robust understanding of chemical concepts.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, prepare, and deliver chemistry lessons in accordance with the prescribed curriculum.
Explain theoretical concepts using effective teaching methods and real-life examples.
Conduct laboratory experiments while ensuring compliance with safety procedures and regulations.
Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, assignments, and examinations.
Assess and evaluate students' academic performance through tests, quizzes, practicals, and projects.
Provide academic guidance,



mentoring, and extra support to students as needed.
Encourage scientific inquiry, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Integrate technology and innovative teaching strategies into classroom instruction.
Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and school administrators to support student development.
Participate in staff meetings, professional development programs, and school activities.
Maintain discipline and create a safe, inclusive, and respectful classroom setting.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's , Master's degree in Chemistry.
Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.)
