Non-IT Recruiter & IT Recruiter ( Domestic )to manage end-to-end recruitment for various business functions outside the IT domain. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and onboarding talent across roles in operations, sales, marketing, supply chain, production, HR, finance, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the entire recruitment life cycle for non-technical positions across departments.
Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, role expectations, and team dynamics.
Source candidates through multiple channels job portals, LinkedIn, databases, employee referrals, and campus drives.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with functional heads and ensure timely feedback.
Facilitate offer negotiations, documentation, and onboarding process.
Maintain and update candidate records in the MIS
Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.





Key Skills & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree Any Graduate (MBA/PGDM in HR is a plus).
48 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a non-IT domain, along with IT will also okay for us.
Solid understanding of various business functions (Sales, Operations, Finance, HR, Supply Chain, etc.).
Solid sourcing skills using job boards (Naukri, Indeed, Monster), LinkedIn, and networking.
Familiarity with recruitment metrics like TAT, cost-per-hire, offer-to-join ratio, etc.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage high-volume hiring and multitask in a fast-paced setting.

Preferred Industries (optional line):
Experience in industries such as FMCG, manufacturing, logistics, pharma, BFSI (non-tech), or retail will be an added advantage.
