Eligibility

Open to employees from Operations/Production Support with 2+ years in production who are passionate about software development and eager to transition into the Software Engineering team.

Required Knowledge
Core Java and OOP concepts
Collections, Exception Handling, Java 8 basics (Streams & Lambda)
SQL and CRUD operations
REST API fundamentals
Git and basic development tools (IntelliJ/Eclipse, Postman)
Basic scripting (Shell/Python is a plus)
Solid understanding of operational processes, production support, and troubleshooting
Python

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain Java applications and REST APIs.
Automate operational processes and improve system efficiency.
Debug and resolve application issues.
Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams.
Learn and adopt up-to-date software development practices.
