We are seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Executive with 3+ years of experience in performance marketing. The ideal candidate should have proven expertise in managing large-scale Google and Meta advertising campaigns, driving revenue growth, and optimizing campaign performance for e-commerce businesses.

Key Responsibilities
Develop, execute, and optimize performance marketing strategies across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Manage campaign budgets and maximize ROAS while reducing CPA.
Lead campaign planning, audience segmentation, remarketing, and conversion optimization.
Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with creative, content, and design teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.




Track key performance metrics and present regular reports to stakeholders.
Stay updated with platform changes, industry trends, and best practices.

Requirements
3+ years of experience in Performance Marketing.
Solid hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Mandatory experience managing e-commerce campaigns.
Proven ability to scale campaigns while achieving performance goals.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Agency experience is preferred.
