Bharati Bhawan is looking for a curious, tech-savvy Digital Publishing Specialist to help develop digital learning resources for school publishing. The role combines tool research, workflow improvement, digital asset management, and support for e-resources such as animations, tests, quizzes, and interactive learning material.

Key Responsibilities
Research and evaluate emerging technologies relevant to book publishing, educational content, and digital learning.
Identify and apply suitable tools to improve the creation of e-resources and digital content.
Manage digital assets, file versions, project material, and publishing workflows in an organised manner.
Coordinate with editorial, design, production, and technology teams to develop animations, tests, quizzes, interactive activities, and support material.
Support experimentation with AI tools, automation, coding-assisted processes, CMS/LMS platforms, and multimedia workflows wherever useful.
Maintain transparent documentation of tools, processes, assets, and project updates.

Educational Qualifications
Graduate or postgraduate in any discipline.
Background in publishing, education, technology, media, design, computer applications, or a related field will be an advantage.

Preferred Experience
Exposure to coding, automation tools, CMS/LMS platforms, digital publishing platforms, or multimedia production.
Experience in creating or contributing to resources such as animations, tests, quizzes, e-learning modules, worksheets, digital assets, or interactive learning material.
Exposure to publishing, school content development, educational technology, or digital production workflows.
