We are hiring an HR Executive for our pharmaceutical manufacturing unit to manage day-to-day HR operations.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment & onboarding
Attendance & leave management
Employee documentation & HR records
Coordination for payroll & compliance
Employee engagement and grievance handling
Requirements:
Graduate/MBA in HR preferred
1–3 years of HR experience (Pharma/Manufacturing preferred)
Valuable communication & MS Office skills
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Experience:
HR ADMIN: 3 years (Required)
Work Location: In person
