We're hiring an Accounts Manager to manage end-to-end financial operations for a fintech technology service provider handling payment collections and reconciliation infrastructure for banks and financial institutions.
Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day bookkeeping, ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliation
Handle accounts payable/receivable and vendor/client invoicing
Own monthly transaction reconciliation processes (UTR matching, merchant payouts)
Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and cash flow summaries
Ensure GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance
Liaise with auditors, CAs, and banks
Support MCA/ROC filings and compliance documentation
Assist in budgeting and financial planning across group entities
Requirements:
B.Com/M.Com or equivalent; CA-Inter preferred
3–5 years accounting experience, fintech/payments industry preferred
Robust Excel skills (COUNTIFS/SUMIFS, reconciliation formulas)
Familiarity with Tally/Zoho Books or similar accounting software
Knowledge of GST, TDS, payment settlement cycles
