Senior Merchandiser – Value Retail

Location: Tirupur | Experience: 5–8 Years | Industry: Apparel

We are looking for a Senior Merchandiser to manage and grow relationships with organized/value retail customers and take end-to-end ownership of orders.

Key Responsibilities
Manage buyer communication, costing, sampling and order execution.
Coordinate with production, sourcing, quality, packing and dispatch teams.
Own TNA, production follow-up and on-time shipment (OTIF).
Identify execution risks and proactively resolve delays.
Ensure orders meet agreed quality, costing and delivery timelines.
Drive repeat business and strengthen customer relationships.

Requirements
5–8 years of experience in apparel merchandising.
Experience with organized/value retail preferred.
Robust knowledge of garment costing, production and quality.




Excellent communication, follow-up and coordination skills.
Robust ownership and problem-solving ability.
Good Excel/Google Sheets skills.

We are looking for someone who doesn't just communicate orders, but owns them from buyer requirement to final shipment.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
