Job Title : Customer Delight - Executive

Location: Karapakkam, OMR, Chennai

Job Responsibilities
Welcome customers and ensure they have a delightful shopping experience.
Assist customers with product-related enquiries and guide them to the appropriate department.
Handle customer queries, order updates, and service requests through WhatsApp and in-person support.
Resolve customer concerns by coordinating with the relevant teams.
Maintain accurate customer information and service records.
Follow up on customer requests to ensure timely resolution.
Build positive customer relationships and encourage repeat visits.




Support showroom operations and maintain high customer service standards.

Eligibility
Minimum Qualification: Any Degree.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Male / Female
Age - 24 - 35 years
Good communication skills in Tamil. Basic English knowledge is an added advantage.
Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
Friendly personality, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
