Key Responsibilities
Teach English to students of Classes I and II in accordance with the CBSE curriculum.
Develop lesson plans, worksheets, and classroom activities.
Enhance students' reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills.
Foster creativity and communication through storytelling, phonics, and interactive sessions.
Assess students' academic progress and provide constructive feedback.
Maintain a positive and child-friendly classroom environment.
Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and academic activities.
Use creative teaching methods and technology in the classroom.
Eligibility Criteria
UG / PG degree with B.Ed.
Experience in handling primary classes is preferred.
Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
Passion for working with young children.
Preferred Skills
Robust command of the English language.
Knowledge of phonics and activity-based learning methods.
Creativity in lesson planning and classroom engagement.
Ability to nurture and motivate young learners.
