Job Title: VMC Programmer cum Operator

Job Description:

Operate and set up VMC (Vertical Machining Center) machines.

Create and modify CNC/VMC programs using Mastercam or similar CAM software.

Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.

Select appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and machining parameters.

Monitor machining operations and ensure product quality.

Perform machine setting, tool offset adjustment, and troubleshooting.

Inspect finished components using measuring instruments.

Maintain production records and follow safety procedures.

Requirements:

Experience in VMC Programming and Operation.

Knowledge of Mastercam/CAM Software.

Ability to read engineering drawings and GD&T.;

Knowledge of cutting tools and machining processes.

Experience in manufacturing industry preferred.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
