We are looking for a agile and target-driven Business Development Executive – IT Sales to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B software sales, inside sales, or subscription-based sales and be passionate about building client relationships and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and connect with potential business clients through outbound calls and lead generation.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable software solutions.
Conduct online product demonstrations and effectively present product features and advantages.
Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting and follow-ups to negotiation and deal closure.
Build and maintain robust relationships with new and existing clients.
Achieve monthly sales targets while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate sales activities and customer records in the CRM.
Requirements
Minimum 6 months to 3 years of experience in IT Sales, Software Sales, SaaS Sales, B2B Sales, or Subscription Sales.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Experience in lead generation, cold calling, client acquisition, and end-to-end sales.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to build a successful career in software sales.
Familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
