Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
Resolve customer queries, concerns, and service requests.
Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
Deliver excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain quality standards and achieve performance targets. .

Eligibility:
HSC with 6 month exp and Graduate fresher and Experience can also apply.

Shift & Advantages:
US Shift
5 Days Working with 2 Rotational Week Offs
Cab facility in odd hours.
Fixed Salary: ₹22,150 per month
Performance Incentives up to ₹7000 every month.
Additional Client-Based Incentives Requirements:
Good English communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Customer-centric attitude.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,150.00 per month
