About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical E-Commerce Order Processing Executive to manage and monitor order operations across online marketplaces, with a primary focus on Amazon. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Excel, possess solid analytical skills, and have experience handling order processing, inventory coordination, reconciliation, and marketplace operations.

Key Responsibilities:

ORDER MANAGEMENT
Monitor and process daily orders received through Amazon and other e-commerce marketplaces.
Ensure timely order confirmation, processing, and fulfillment.
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure on-time dispatch.

Amazon Operations
Manage Amazon Seller Central activities.
Monitor pending, cancelled, returned, and failed orders.
Coordinate for order escalations and customer-related issues.
Monitor stock availability and listing health.

Inventory & Reconciliation
Reconcile marketplace orders with ERP/WMS records.




Track inventory movement and coordinate replenishment requirements.
Monitor stock discrepancies and initiate corrective actions.

Reporting & MIS
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly order reports.
Generate sales and operational MIS reports using Excel.
Analyze order trends, cancellation rates, fill rates, and dispatch performance.
Maintain accurate records and dashboards for management review.

Qualifications
Graduation required
1–3 years of experience in E-Commerce Operations, Order Processing, or Marketplace Management.
Experience working with Amazon Marketplace is preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
