Job Description:

We are looking for a hands-on Technical Lead to lead the development of an AI-driven platform. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python, AI/ML, and cloud technologies while also mentoring a small engineering team and contributing to the codebase.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop scalable AI-powered applications.
Lead and mentor the engineering team through code reviews and sprint planning.
Build and integrate LLMs, Machine Learning models, and APIs.
Develop and maintain backend services using Python.
Deploy and manage applications on AWS/GCP.
Work with relational and vector databases.




Troubleshoot technical challenges and ensure timely project delivery.
