KRA's – Branch Manager (LAP & HL)
Achieve monthly and annual LAP & HL business targets.
Generate quality LAP & Home Loan leads through direct and channel sourcing.
Increase loan login and sanction conversion ratio.
Achieve targeted monthly disbursement.
Develop and maintain robust relationships with DSAs, connectors, property dealers and builders.
Identify and develop recent business markets and sourcing channels.
Ensure proper customer profiling and quality case sourcing.
Coordinate with Credit, Legal and Technical teams for smooth case processing.
Ensure timely movement of cases from Login → Sanction → Disbursement.
Monitor case rejection, pending cases and TAT and take corrective action.
Maintain healthy portfolio quality and control early delinquency.
Monitor EMI bounce, overdue and collection performance of the branch.




Ensure effective follow-up and recovery of overdue accounts.
Set targets and monitor the performance of Sales/Relationship Managers.
Conduct regular daily and weekly team performance reviews.
Train and motivate team members to improve productivity and business performance.
Ensure complete and accurate KYC, documentation and compliance.
Maintain proper MIS and daily/weekly/monthly business reports.
Ensure excellent customer service and timely resolution of complaints.
Control branch expenses and contribute towards overall branch profitability.

Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
