Position: Pre-Primary Educator

Joining: Immediate WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? We would like to meet educators who:

Have at least 3 years of relevant teaching experience, preferably in a well-established school or preschool.

Hold a Bachelor's degree;

qualifications related to Education or Early Childhood Education will be preferred.

Understand that children between 2 and 5 years learn through experiences, conversations, movement, observation, play and meaningful engagement.

Can plan and conduct age-appropriate learning experiences rather than merely complete worksheets or a syllabus.

Observe children carefully and maintain meaningful records of their learning and developmental progress.

Communicate confidently and respectfully with parents, colleagues and school leadership.

Bring creativity, energy, patience and strong classroom presence to their role.

Are comfortable receiving feedback,



learning continuously and contributing as part of a team.

Demonstrate punctuality, responsibility and skilled discipline. WHAT WILL YOUR ROLE INVOLVE?

You will be responsible for creating meaningful learning experiences, managing classroom routines, observing individual children, planning developmentally appropriate activities, maintaining learning documentation and working closely with the academic team.

Most importantly, you will be expected to know your children—their strengths, interests, personalities, challenges and individual pace of development. WHY क PRESCHOOL?
