Assistant Manager PCBA

Job Summary:

Our Esteemed client is looking for an experienced Assistant Manager PCBA with 5 to 10 years of experience in the Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) industry, with strong exposure to PCBA business development, costing, NPI, and customer coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage PCBA business development activities across automotive and non-automotive segments.
- Handle costing, quotation preparation, NPI, and current customer/product development.
- Provide technical support and demonstrate strong knowledge of PCBA manufacturing processes.
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth transition from NPI to mass production within agreed timelines.
- Monitor customer requirements, project schedules, and target dates to ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Quality, Purchase, Logistics, and other internal functions.
- Evaluate customer Purchase Orders (POs) and coordinate the approval process.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and problem-solving.




- Support planning, logistics, and operational activities related to PCBA projects.

Experience & Qualifications:

- 510 years of relevant experience in the Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) industry.
- Experience in PCBA business development is preferred.
- Exposure to automotive and/or non-automotive electronics manufacturing will be an advantage.

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday | 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM

Travel:

Primarily local business travel, with occasional outstation and overnight travel as required.
