Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred About Us Fabmont Engineering LLP is a leading heavy manufacturing company specializing in Hot Dip Galvanizing (one of India's largest 13m zinc kettle facilities), Metal Beam Crash Barriers, Transmission Line Towers, and Solar Mounting Structures.

Role Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented PPC Engineer to manage production planning, scheduling, and control processes across our manufacturing operations, ensuring timely execution and optimal resource utilization.

Key Responsibilities Prepare and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on order requirements and delivery timelines

Coordinate with procurement, stores, and production departments to ensure material availability and smooth workflow

Track and control work-in-progress (WIP) to minimize production delays and bottlenecks

Analyze production capacity and machine/shift utilization; recommend improvements

Maintain production MIS reports, dashboards, and status updates for management review

Coordinate with the Galvanizing, Fabrication, and Machining departments to align schedules with customer delivery commitments





Monitor raw material consumption and coordinate with the procurement team for timely replenishment

Identify process inefficiencies and support implementation of corrective actions

Ensure production documentation (job cards, route sheets, dispatch schedules) is accurate and up to date

Support new order onboarding by preparing production feasibility and lead-time estimates

Coordinate with the Quality team to ensure planned output meets required specifications Required Skills & Qualifications B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical/Production/Industrial Engineering (or related field)

3–5 years of experience in Production Planning & Control, preferably in GI (Galvanized Iron), TLT (Transmission Line Towers), or structural steel/heavy fabrication industries

Strong knowledge of production scheduling, capacity planning, and inventory management

Proficiency in MS Excel; exposure to ERP/production planning software is a plus

Good analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a quick-paced manufacturing environment

Strong communication skills for cross-functional coordination What We Offer
