– Production Planning & Customer Coordination Executive

We are looking for a Production Planning & Customer Coordination Executive to coordinate customer orders, production planning, delivery schedules and inter-department activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare daily/weekly production plans based on customer orders and delivery requirements.
- Coordinate with Production, Stores, Purchase, Quality and Dispatch departments.
- Monitor production progress and follow up on pending/urgent orders.
- Track customer orders from order receipt to final dispatch.
- Coordinate with customers regarding order status, requirements and delivery schedules.
- Handle customer queries and coordinate with internal departments for resolution.
- Check raw material availability and follow up for material shortages.
- Monitor delivery commitments and support on-time delivery.
- Maintain Production Plan, Order Status, Pending Order and Delivery Schedule reports.
- Update relevant information in ERP and maintain records.




- Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports using MS Excel.

Required Skills:

- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Robust follow-up and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing and production processes.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- ERP knowledge will be an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple orders and priorities.
- Basic English communication skills.

Qualification: DME / Diploma Mechanical / B.E. Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering preferred... B.Sc. candidates with relevant manufacturing knowledge may also be considered.

Experience:

Fresher / 1–3 years of relevant experience.

Salary:

₹16,000 – ₹24,000 per month, depending on qualification and experience.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
