Role Description The PPC Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow, responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing pay-per-click campaigns across search engines and other digital advertising platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting keyword research, setting up and managing campaigns, monitoring performance metrics, and adjusting bids and ad copy to improve ROI. The role involves collaborating with marketing and content teams to align PPC strategy with broader digital marketing initiatives, tracking conversions, and preparing performance reports and insights for stakeholders.





The PPC Manager is expected to stay updated on industry trends, platform changes, and best practices to ensure campaigns remain competitive and effective. Qualifications

Strong digital marketing skills, including experience with Digital Marketing and Marketing strategies.

Proficiency in Social Media Marketing for supporting paid campaigns and brand visibility.

Experience with Web Analytics tools to track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance.

Demonstrated ability in Lead Generation through targeted PPC and related online campaigns.

Hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social channels.

Ability to interpret data, generate insights, and present clear performance reports.

Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills, with attention to detail.

Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.

Relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in marketing, business, or a related field.

Prior experience in an agency or IT services environment is an advantage.
