Job Title: Power BI Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Power BI Developer to design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions that enable data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will have experience in data modeling, report development, dashboard creation, and data visualization using Microsoft Power BI.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy Power BI reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into technical reporting solutions.
- Develop and maintain data models, datasets, and data transformations using Power Query and DAX.
- Connect and integrate data from various sources including SQL databases, Excel files, cloud platforms, and enterprise applications.
- Optimize report performance and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and technical teams to understand reporting needs.
- Perform data validation, testing, and troubleshooting of BI solutions.




- Create and maintain documentation for reports, dashboards, and data models.
- Support end users by providing training and resolving reporting-related issues.
- Stay updated with the latest Power BI features and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Power BI development and business intelligence reporting.
- Strong proficiency in Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, and Power Query.
- Experience with DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) and data modeling.
- Solid SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
- Understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
- Experience working with relational databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
