HIRING: Director & Post Producer

Hauz Khas Village, Recent Delhi | Full-Time | On-Site

We are looking for an experienced Director & Post Producer who can take films from concept and research through production, post-production and final delivery. This is a hands-on role for someone with strong storytelling instincts, production experience and the ability to get projects completed efficiently.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Conceptualise films, research, develop treatments, scripts and client pitches with the Production team
- Produce and assist on corporate films, government films, documentaries, music videos, motion graphic films and digital content
- Plan and execute shoots, including cue sheets, crews, locations, equipment and production coordination
- Manage the complete post-production process, including footage sourcing and management, editing, graphics, music, grading and delivery
- Work closely with editors and direct edits for story, emotion, pacing and visual quality
- Edit independently on Premiere Pro when required, with an understanding of Adobe, basic graphics, motion graphics and VFX workflows
- Use ChatGPT and AI image/video tools for research, scripting, visualisation, pitches and AI-assisted content creation
- Coordinate clients, vendors, budgets,

What We’re Looking For

- 5 years of relevant experience across direction, production and post-production
- Experience with corporate and government films
- Strong research, writing, communication and visual storytelling skills
- Hands-on understanding of shoots, editing and post-production
- Comfortable coordinating editors, crews, vendors and clients
- Curious and enthusiastic about AI filmmaking and emerging creative tools
