Key Responsibilities:

- Drive Credit Card EMI / Digital business through customer activation, engagement, and repeat usage programs.
- Manage EMI / Digital Portfolio across customer lifecycle, focusing on Never Used (NU), Dormant, and Repeat customer segments.
- Design and execute targeted campaigns to increase EMI penetration and transaction volumes.
- Work closely with Analytics and BIU teams to identify customer segments and drive portfolio growth.
- Develop customer activation and usage programs for both online and in-store Easy EMI transactions.
- Collaborate with merchants, aggregators, and category teams to launch EMI offers and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor portfolio performance, customer behavior, campaign effectiveness, and provide actionable insights.




- Drive win-back initiatives and enhance customer engagement through data-driven marketing programs.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- MBA/Postgraduate from a reputed institute.
- 6+ years of experience in Credit Cards, EMI Business, Portfolio Management, Campaign Management, Customer Engagement, or Analytics.
- Solid understanding of Credit Card products, EMI programs, customer lifecycle management, and portfolio analytics.
- Experience working with customer segmentation, campaign execution, and performance tracking.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
