BlitzenX is looking for a PMO & Resource Management Executive to bring structure, visibility, and execution discipline to our growing technology workforce. This is a hands-on role working across partner requirements, recruiting, candidate submissions, resource allocation, project operations, workforce planning, and management reporting. The immediate focus is execution.

Over time, this person will grow into a PMO role responsible for running the weekly operating cadence and providing leadership with a clear view of whether we are on track to achieve our workforce and business targets.

What You Will Do Partner Requirement & Candidate Operations Work closely with our vendor, System Integrator, and technology partners to support the flow of requirements into BlitzenX's recruiting and workforce pipeline.

You will: Capture and track partner/SI staffing requirements. Understand role requirements, skills, experience, location, and timelines. Match available BlitzenX resources and candidates to open requirements.

Coordinate preparation of candidate profiles and submission collateral. Ensure candidates are submitted quickly and accurately. Track submissions, interviews, feedback, selections, onboarding, and deployment.

Follow up relentlessly on pending actions. Maintain accurate status of every active requirement.

Resource Management Maintain visibility across: Available resources Bench Project allocation Upcoming releases Upcoming demand Resource utilization Deployment status Skill availability Work with Recruiting and Delivery teams to identify resource gaps and deployment opportunities.

The objective is easy: Reduce bench time and move available talent into productive assignments. PMO Operations Build and maintain the operating discipline required across the workforce organization.

You will: Maintain weekly trackers and dashboards. Collect updates from Recruiting, HR, Resource Management, and Delivery. Track commitments, actions, owners, and deadlines. Identify overdue items and drive follow-up. Maintain project and workforce status reports. Track hiring progress against workforce requirements. Track resource deployment against business demand. Escalate risks and bottlenecks to leadership.

Weekly Leadership Cadence

As you develop in the role, you will take increasing ownership of the weekly workforce operating cadence.



You will help prepare and eventually run weekly leadership reviews covering: Hiring → Onboarding → Available Workforce → Bench → Deployment → Utilization → Demand The weekly review should clearly answer: Where are we today? What changed this week?

What is behind plan? What actions are required? What risks are emerging? What decisions are required from leadership? Are we on track to reach 150 employees by March 31, 2027? You will maintain the roadmap and provide leadership with an objective view of progress against the target.

Workforce Growth Roadmap The PMO will help maintain the workforce roadmap covering: Current Headcount → Hiring Demand → Open Roles → Candidate Pipeline → Offers → Joins → Deployment → Target Headcount The role will track progress against the plan and highlight gaps early enough for management to act. Reporting & Dashboards You will maintain clear, accurate dashboards covering: Recruiting Open positions Candidates in pipeline Interviews Offers Joins Hiring velocity Hiring against target Workforce Current headcount Available resources Bench Allocated resources Utilization Upcoming releases Deployment pipeline Partner Demand Open partner requirements Candidate submissions Interviews Selections Pending feedback Deployment Leadership Weekly progress Plan vs. actual Risks Bottlenecks Corrective actions Forecast to target Key Performance Indicators You will be measured on: Accuracy and timeliness of reporting Partner requirement tracking Speed of candidate submission Submission-to-interview conversion Interview-to-selection tracking Selection-to-deployment tracking Bench visibility and reduction Resource allocation accuracy Hiring progress against plan Closure of overdue actions Quality of weekly leadership reporting Ability to identify risks before they become problems What We're Looking For 5+ years of experience in PMO, Project Coordination, Resource Management, Recruitment Operations,



Staffing Operations, or IT Services Operations.

Experience in an IT services, software, System Integration, staffing, or technology environment.

Strong

Excel and reporting skills. Excellent organizational and follow-up skills. Ability to manage multiple requirements and stakeholders simultaneously. Strong written and verbal communication. Comfortable working with data, dashboards, trackers, and operational metrics. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work with urgency and meet deadlines. Good to Have Experience working with System Integrators, technology vendors, or staffing partners.

Experience supporting recruitment or resource deployment.

Experience with PMO tools or project management systems. Exposure to Java, Guidewire, QA, Business Analysis, Cloud, or other enterprise technology roles.

Experience creating management dashboards or weekly operating reports. Exposure to automation, workflow systems, analytics, or AI-enabled operations.

The Person We Want

We are looking for an execution-oriented individual who wants to grow into a PMO professional.

You should be comfortable doing the work yourself: Track it. Follow up. Get the update. Find the gap. Escalate it. Close the action. You should not wait for someone to tell you that something is stuck.

You should be able to look at a dashboard and say: "We are behind plan by 8 hires, here is why, here is the impact, and here are the actions required this week. " That is the mindset we want.
