Experience: 10–15+ years in Versatile Packaging / Plastic Film Manufacturing

Qualification: Diploma / B.E./B.Tech. in Plastics, Polymer, Mechanical, Production or equivalent experience

1. Purpose of Recruitment The purpose of appointing a Plant Head is to have one accountable person responsible for the complete plant operations, ensuring:

* Production targets are achieved.

* Quality standards are consistently maintained.

* Wastage and conversion costs are controlled.

* Machines run at optimum efficiency.

* Delivery commitments are met.

* Manpower is properly utilized.

* Preventive maintenance is followed.

* Safety and statutory requirements are complied with.

* Production planning is aligned with sales and dispatch.

* Overall plant profitability improves.

2. Plant Operations Under Plant Head The Plant Head will have responsibility for:

A. Roto Gravure Printing

* Rotogravure printing machines

* Cylinder planning and coordination

* Ink management

* Colour matching and registration

* Printing wastage





* Machine speed and productivity

* Solvent consumption

* Changeover time

* Rejection and quality complaints

B. Stretch Film

* Manual-grade stretch film

* Machine-grade stretch film

* Production planning

* Film thickness and width control

* Stretchability and tensile properties

* Roll weight and winding quality

* Raw-material consumption

* Wastage control

C. Multilayer Film Plant

* 3-layer / multilayer blown-film production

* Recipe and raw-material planning

* LLDPE/LDPE/Metallocene and other polymers

* Thickness control

* GSM and roll weight

* Bubble stability

* Output and machine efficiency

* Scrap/rejection control

D. Mono-Layer Plant

* Mono-layer film production

* Recipe control

* Thickness consistency

* Output optimization

* Raw-material consumption

* Roll quality

* Wastage management

E. Lamination

* Solvent-based / applicable lamination process

* PET/PE, PET/MetPET/PE and similar structures

* Adhesive preparation and consumption

* Bond strength

* Curing

* Delamination/rejection control

* Production efficiency

* Solvent management
