About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Factory / Plant Head to lead our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in renewable energy manufacturing, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive operational excellence while ensuring quality, safety, and productivity. The role is responsible for end-to-end plant operations, including production, quality, maintenance, inventory, cost control, and team management.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage day-to-day factory operations to achieve production targets.
- Ensure high standards of quality, safety, and statutory compliance.
- Plan and monitor production schedules to ensure timely delivery.
- Optimize manpower, machinery, and material utilization.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity and reduce costs.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Stores, Procurement, and Logistics teams.
- Monitor plant KPIs and implement corrective actions to improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure preventive maintenance programs are effectively executed.
- Maintain inventory control and minimize production downtime.
- Develop and mentor plant teams while fostering a high-performance work culture.




- Ensure compliance with all applicable Factory, Safety, and Environmental regulations.

Eligibility

- Bachelor's Degree in Power Electronics ,Electrical, Electronics, Industrial, or Production Engineering. MBA (Operations) is an added advantage.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar Factory Head / Plant Head / Operations Head role in the power electronics manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations, quality systems, lean manufacturing, and production planning.
- Proven leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Hands-on experience in power electronics manufacturing, PCB/inverter assembly lines, production planning, quality systems, process improvement, inventory control, and plant operations.
- Strong exposure to assembly line setup and management, lean manufacturing, productivity improvement, and team leadership.

Preferred Candidate

- Candidates with experience in Solar Inverter, Solar Products, Power Electronics, Battery Energy Storage, Inverter Manufacturing will be preferred.
- Must be willing and able to commute to Manjeri, Malappuram, Kerala
