Managing, verifying, and methodically optimizing line/-side product quality is your main goal in order to guarantee that no faulty parts leave the shop floor and reach our clients. As the "High/-Level Metrology and Defect Diagnosis Expert," you assume direct, hands/-on responsibility for Root/-Cause Analyses on complex polymer processing faults, Statistical Process Control /(SPC/), customer/-facing quality engineering metrics, and new tool development validation /(PPAP/APQP/).

By reducing responsible operational risks like significant customer line/-stoppage penalties, customer product returns /(PPM spikes/), field warranty claims, and high internal scrap costs, this position is the plant's first line of defense.

Key Skills/:



Advanced operational command over standard manufacturing core tools, including APQP, PPAP, FMEA /(AIAG/-VDA standard layouts/), SPC, and MSA /(Measurement Systems Analysis/), is known as Elite Core Quality Tools Command.

Molding Defect

Metallurgy & Processing Intuition/: Outstanding ability to directly link injection pressure, velocity, or cooling temperature factors to part dimensions or visual defects /(such as warp, sink marks, flash, weld lines, silver streaks, and jetting/).

Advanced Blueprint

Literacy & GD&T;/: Proficiency in interpreting intricate engineering blueprints and a thorough comprehension of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing /(GD&T;/) tolerance zones at the micron level.

Statistical Software Fluency/: The ability to compute normal distributions, conduct ANOVA tests, and monitor control charts using statistical computing programs /(such as Minitab or sophisticated Excel data analysis suites/).
